weak links Trx 90?

What are the weak links in or on the TRX 90
iv heard of clutch problems cranks snaping and trans gears failing
and will the xr50/70 big bore parts( heads and cylinders) work on the 90
iv found stuff at powroll and takegawa
twin cam motor wow looked bad ***** and seen one run at a mini race here in Elsinore reaally fast

with the 125 kit and jumping a lot
frame:
1 reinforce top tubes above front shock mounts, we put tubing down top of holes

2 strengthen motor mounts, 125 will tear motor mounts off

3 watch where foot-pegs mount to frame.

icracing no clutch,trans,crank problems as of yet

tons of aftermarket engine upgrades, just matters how big your checkbook is.

those are good things to know going to have to go through the frame gusset and reinforce
found a rippin deal on a motor but i cant offord it :(
so a little at a time ill slowley built it , i still got to keep the kasea going too
DOSE ANYONE KNOW IF THE 50/70 PITBIKE STUFF WILL WORK ?

yes but with a whole lotta changes to make it correct and get everything outta the set-up

your'e gonna have to be a lot more specific on what parts you wish to use along with measurements on everything
cam,valve,etc........ to my knowledge there is no just order
the 50 parts and slap them on. changes need to be made for
your specific combo you wish to run

I was lookin at the powroll 125 kit
bu i noticed that takegawa makes a head for the crf 50 with big bores
there is also a twin cam head but thats out of reach for me
I like the way Dan o's front end looks in the pic you posted so I left a message a IC racing and waiting for a call back

I have a used big valve head for a TRX90. It has been polihed and ported. Has a aftermarket cam in it also. $200.00 for all

going to save money for suspension and my wife likes the bike she rode it around the pits all weekend
so a little here and a little there we will have a nice bike for next year
