RTC Clutch help

SO I just got my RTC cluctch perch today and am trying to install it. But I am confused on the Neutral Saftey wire bypass instructions. What does the unit and two wires that come with the factory clutch perch do. And what do i do with them since I can't use them any more.

I have the same lever and like it. Those wires in stock setup prevent the quad from starting if your not holding the clutch in. So either cut those females tabs of and wire nut or butt splice or whatever. I believe I left the tabs on there and they interlocked tight enough so I just taped them really good. So now your quad will start with out you holding in the clutch which isnt real dangerous but will put more wear and tear on your starter clutch. Good luck.
