Packing?

What kind of packing should i use for my LRD pro 4 pipe. and where can i get it.

i just got my yoshi powdercoated and ceramic coated and need to repack it. I asked many people and some said use the MFG packing, most said just pack it with whatever brand but pack it tight.
I just bought some FMF 4stroke packing from my local bike shop, so they said that will work fine. It was $10 also.
