If anything buy the 13.5 Baldwin(Wiseco) it will last longer..14:1 is pretty stout for stock bore motors. I've heard good things about it though.

Well I have a sparks 13.5:1 piston and it kicks over the same as a stock piston.

I have one and I really like it. It's even lighter than the 13:1 I had in there before. It runs very good, pulls strong and smooth from the bottom up. Marks says he has alot of R&D into it.

I still don't know why people always talk about the 450R being harder to start with higher compression because it has an auto-decompression on it.

my bad i didnt think about that its just that my friend has a mojave with web cams and a high compression piston and its so hard to kick that he broke the gear or somethin in the motor and now it dont even start so we got to pull it but i forgot about the auto decompression on the 450R

The 14.1 will be the next piston I get. So far I have had great luck with the 13.75HH piston. NO oil burning.

I got it... I love it! HUGE difference in the bottom end. I even have the HRC cam still so its not so great on the bottom end either. I have 1 full race season on it and it hasnt failed me yet!!! I will stick with this one in my 06 when I get it too. Oh by the way it isnt ANY harder to kick than stock either. My buddy has a 13.5:1 and its easier to kcik than it!
