CFR 450 Carb on TRX450R

What is so great about this switch of carbs, I heard that Tim Farr uses this setup, Is it difficult to adapt the crf card to the 450R motor and air box or would not run an airbox

I actually just bought a CRF carb that is fully modified to work with the TRX manifold and airbox. You do have to use an adapter if you just buy a stock CRF carb. A strong point of the CRF carb vs. the TRX is throttle response. The throttle response on the CRF is a lot better than the TRX's. You can run an airbox with the CRF carb.

So tell me more, where did u get this carb, can you order it with the jets and needle that you want and how much was it

i found mine ebay...
you may want to check there, i picked mine up for 315 with the adaptor
