04' and 05' changes

I did the search, and came up with the following: There are no changes what so ever, except for plastics color. Is the previous statement true, or has there been significant changes made?

i had heard there is a differance in side cases...making the 05 one stronger to avoid people blowing the side cases when they kick start it, not sure if its tru, jus what i heard
