It never fails, once I start getting bad into my riding groove something messes up. Well today I let my brother ride my 300, told him no big wheelies or jumps. He did what i asked and just rode, well after about 2 or 3 minutes, he was coming by and all of a sudden I hear a crack and kind of a jingling noise. I thought the chain had broke or came off, not quite. The shock shaft broke on my right front works, my springs and retainers were everywhere. I have no idea why, I do not jump big at all, biggest jump I use is my little natural 15 ft. double. Havnt hit anything. Im clueless. What really sucks is that my indoor TT series starts nov. 5, and I have no backup shocks. I have 40 dollars to my name. I have no job, (school 7:45-2:30, football practice 3:00 to 6:30). Once I calm down and get some batterys I'll get some pics.

Im sure u can find 300ex stock shocks for $40.. post ur story in the wanted section n someone will help u out

these take 400ex length shocks, and handle awful with stock 400exs. Theres no way my dad will lend me the 200+ dollars it would take to get a new one.

Well, pick up a set of 400 stockers. I'd rather race with bad handling than not race at all.

I was going to throw my stock 400 shocks away... till I saw how much they went for on ebay.... I sold mine in 5 days for 75$... lol.

Sir. Jackass, If you read the post the a-arms were designed for a 300ex just for 400ex shocks. This has not been donw half-*** by putting a 400ex geometery a-arms on there and putting a shock relocator on.
