I have a 98 Grizzly 600, I have put on 50 miles since,,,
Top end was replaced (piston/jug,, inspected valvetrain)
Friction Clutch replaced
One/way bearing for clutch replaced
Oil Pump Replaced
Transmission & belt drive Inspected
Front & Back racks repainted Black
Front Brush Guard and Running Boards PowderCoated Black
New Battery

still stock bore, went with oem piston and jug, had a reputable machine shop perfect the cylinder wall clearance since yamaha is famous for oem pistons to be the exact same diameter as the oem jug (which was my case) . Sale comes with a Yamaha dealer repair manual for the 600.

Tires are in good shape, and the push-button 4x4 works great.
I also saved all of the reciepts of the parts replaced for buyer.

Has had 2 oil changes (second with new filter) since rebuild,, with correct break-in procedure. is still being broke in, and was only broke in on long stretches,, was not driven until engine was warmed up,,, ect. ect.

I just recently started college and need to sell this atv since i have 2 others that i barely have time to drive as it is.
I have not had this quad in mud or water in the time that i have owned it (since April). Hard to believe but i bought it knowing that I would need to replace the top end and never wanted to get it dirty after all of the work i have done to it (kinda knew i was going to sell it anyway).

I am located in Northwest Ohio 20 Minutes North of Lima.
I am asking 3200 for it. my email is "thefortmans@msn.com"
