Do you know how many programs use TCP/IP. Just because one works doesn't mean all of them will work. I have seen a million computers that IE won't work, but something like E-mail will.

Yes it establishes a http cpnnection on port 80 and ther redirects you through port 4099 outbound and 5190 inbound, I do this for a living, yes it is possible not to get mail, but IE will work if aim works

I don't think anyone's implying that Pvt. Maggot was intentionally try to rip anyone off but despite the problems he's having in his personal life he could've at least contacted the buyer and gave him a quick update. If he's getting on AIM and chatting why didn't he tell someone to contact the buyer and let him know the status of the pipe?

I have the same problem with him.... I payed him for parts over a month ago and have not recieved anything.....I have sent tons of emails..... no response..... sooooooooo I was informed to take legal action by my lawyer (my cousin, freeeee).....I was told to give him until the the 23rd to respond and then it is not going to be pretty for him.... for sure criminal charges and possibly federal(since all our business was done through the postal service).... I have kept all email contacts with him so it is well documented and he was payed with money orders.... I gave him the benefit of the doubt because everyone on here kept saying he was having problems, thats all good but it comes to a point where it has gone to far..... if your not going to deliver the merchandise you sell...DONT SELL! I will keep you informed on what is up....

Did you use a money order/cashiers check? If so you can check the status of the check to see if it has been cashed. If not, you can cancle the check and get the money refunded back to you. If so, you have ample grounds and all the documentation you need for a lawsuit. He has to provide shipping documents & proof of delivery or pay you.

I had him polish a couple parts for me last winter. took like two months for him to mail the parts back after he said they were already done. i heard a handful of excuses as to why he couldnt ship them out. i looked up his phone number (had his real name when i shipped the parts to him) and called a few different times until I reached his mom. she told me that he was over his head in polishing jobs in addition to school, etc. and that she would talk to him about being good with his customer service. she also promised that he would ship the parts to me after she had a talk with him. I got my parts one week later.
he's probably a good kid, but i wouldnt use him again due to how long it takes him to turn around parts.
my advice...call until you reach his mom and tell her that you're tired of waiting any longer.
