need advice on a burgard problem

i ordered a burgard steering stem and turf tamers about three weeks ago....well i live in (a katrina area) and ups is running down here... and they already sent some other packages back i had to send them to my uncles house then fed ex it down here ... but my problem is how do you get ahold of the guy at burgard .... because he will NOT answer the dang phone ....
