so i'm in the process of putting in some new bearings in my carrier after the left bearing blew up. when i took the carrier out, some of the ball bearings were scattered throughout the carrier and lightly scarred the inside of the middle of the carrier where the steel 7 inch long or so "tube" spacer is. I dont know if that steel "tube" spacer is supposed to fit inside the carrier rather loosely or if it is supposed to fit in there relatively tight because i've never taken it apart.
Is is ok that it's a little loose or should it fit pretty tight in there?
