I am looking forward to getting out on the ice once again.. Us riders from wisconsin should gather our quads and ride on time on a lake where everyone could meet up... whos in???

I would go with you but the last time I went ice ridding in WI I got some nice tickets from the DNR:o It was mostly because my buddy was jumping the damn onto the ice. Ice ridding is deffinetly fun though, especially when you pull a tuber/snowboarder:devil:

haha... well we mostly set up flat track or tt style tracks to ride on... Im afraid im gonna get a ticky for my new exhaust.. but we'll see

Me and bergy and a bunch of his friends met up on lake poyan. Rode around that lake and then up the rat and then the wolf river all the way to fremont. It was good time
I am game let me know.

I live in Menomonee falls. NW part of milwuake.

I aslo go to long lake ( in dundee)
And hit up All the lakes around here.

As far as dnr giving loud pipe tickets. Last year i had a Yoshi trs ti full. very loud. Not stopped once.

Rode on Lake Poygan also, great time. I talked to a guy last weekend and he said every saturday they ride the Fox river. He said that they meet at Captain Missy's tavern in Tichigan. Gonna check it out.

hey 450ar , i only live about 30 mins from you and also ride Long Lake... mostly when they hold the radar runs for sleds, we should all def meet up

Are they going to be at bensons again this year ?

Yea for sure we will have to ride there this winter.

LAst time i went i played on some little creek on the North east side of the lake. Spent most of the time there on it.

Dude I wouldn't ride on the Fox, very unstable as far as I know. Ride on Lake Winnebago, it's freakin huge. I recommend coming up to the north end by Waverly Beach in Menasha, usually A LOT going on Saturdays and Sundays, and there's an oval and drag strip and yes, lots of DNR:mad: . I've heard the Rat River is great, twisty. Everyone have fun this winter

Fox River ain't bad if you go with a local. Rat river is a riot. To bad that they dont have the poker run on lake poygan/rat river anymore. Out by me there are canals that tie into the Fox that are fun to ride.

Im from milwaukee just moved up here 4 yrs ago. I just got a 99 blaster cant wait to get a 400ex for now this will have to do.

Yeah, ice riding is the best. I keep a full set of tires fully studded with 'gold digger' studs.

I normaly ride 2 or 3 times a week when the ice is good. I live near milwuakee.
Any body who wants to ride or get a group ride going. PM me with you number and will get a group going. Mainly south east wi. But any where inbetween madison, millwuakee and appleton would be good too.
