250r ?

i just bought a 250r yesterday all raced out, the motor is all stock except for just being rebuilt and having about 10 hours on it...
when it revs up really high it acts like there is a rev limiter and then it will backfire....
anyone have any ideas on what could be wrong with it?

if it sputters thats normal

2-strokes are usually all or nothin, wfo or idle

ummm no they shouldnt sputter if jetted right

it sounds liek you have a bad ground, my buddys R had a sputter on WOT, check all the wires for the ignition and make sure they make solid contacts, also make sure your ground is good.
