about how many MPH should i expect to gain witha 14 tooth sprocket as oppossed to a 13?

It depends on what tire size you are running on the back, The bigger the tire (like 22") you will increase your top end. You will notice an increase in your top end, but you will notice a big difference in your low end. probably between 5 to 10 mph in the top end.
