frame brakage DAMNATION

i tweeked my frame this weakend!!! i broke a lower left front a-arm mount, a crossmember tab above the engine, and for some reason an air box tab. ne1 have brakage on their 400/w pics? i would like to send the frame to a reputable race shop and put guessets on er. ANY IDEAS, THANKS JOSH

I've broke mine 3 times this year and it already had gussets before all the other brakes....:mad:

my buddy just crashed his 400. bent the frame i a few places, broke the front a-arm tabs, snapped his gibson upper a-arm, and bent his custon axis LT shock. He was lucky he didnt get hurt, but his quad was in pretty sad shape. we are in the process now of putting a new frame on it and reairing some of the other stuff.

hey rico do you race or just try to ride over everything? i bet yer buddy was going to fast and swerved and rolled...right? i was thinking maybe im just to heavy to be jumping on my 400...s*itty.

I also have full elka suspension which helps but still managed to break both lower frame rails in half by the foot pegs and around the swing arm pivot bolt. I'll probably have to break down and buy a new frame next spring. Not sure how much longer mines going to hold up even with the extra 40 lbs of gussets added to it.. LOL
