I have a new chrome Houser Steering Stem. It is +1" in length and I have the anti-vibe clamp for 1 1/8" bars. They are both in the packaging. This will fit all years of KFX DVX and Z400! Both for $240 + shipping. I was going to add it to my bike but I want to sell the Z400 also. So I have no need for it. Magic has this for close to $300 shipped!

Does this stem have the complete setup to bolt this right on the quad? Or do I have to by more to be able to use it?

To my knowledge and from Houser's website, they show and say nothing that implies you (anyone) would have to purchase something else. The post is thicker than stock, but where the clamp is to attach it to the frame, the stem tapers so if that is what you were thinking about, it would not be a problem. It should bolt right up.
