What tracks do you ride around the Rock? I'm looking for something closer to home. It's hard for me to drive 3 and 4 hours as high as diesel is these days.

word! thanks yall! it definately took a minute to get all of the parts, kind of a pain... my favorite track is 89, aptly named since it if off of 89. its a tight track, actually made for dirt bikes with several good whoop sections, 2 nice table tops, and some okay doubles. it is an sx track but it gives you one hell of an workout

How much time a day do they give you on the comps in Kuwait? I think thats cool as hell that you spend it posting on exriders.

btw, that raptor looks like it will kill a ton of 450's in its future.

well, we do 12hr shifts, 3 days on 1 day off, then when we get back we get 10 days off, 2-3 spent inprocessing and taking care of stuff. im probably gonna take like a month off and go 4wheeling places when i get back!! i still believe in the 90% rider 10% quad rule, but im sure this will help me get around a few of my buddies:D

I didn't know you were in Kuwait.

Is the 89 track open to the public? How do I contact the owners? I sure need a closer place to ride.

Looking at this site for the past however long i have been here... ive seen many many rebuilds, and complete redo's ... some of them look ok, some of them look great.. but yours.. man.. looks absolutly amazing.. When you can take a anything, and make it look and function better than it did stock and brand new, you have done somthing..

That has to be one of the nicest quads i have seen grace the pages of atvriders

Good job!

thanks bro! here is a little math that i was thinking about the other day:
i worked on my quad about 3 days a week
each time i worked on it, was an 6 pack gone
there are 4 weeks in a month
it took about 6 months (a little over)
an 6 pack costs about 8 bucks
thats 576 dollars of beer, and 432 beers consumed
man, i could have gotten elkas!!

If your looking for places to ride then slap some TT tires and a swaybar and go to greenbriar, well next season, its a good track we raced the last race of the year last night and had a blast. You guys ever go to Pine Bluff for the MX over there?

protraxrptr17
10-10-2005, 04:59 AM
I went to Pine Bluff once back in '97. I don't think they let 4-wheelers ride there anymore. Lots of tracks in Arkansas that way.

As far as TT, I can't get into all that.

i dont think i have ever been to pine bluff... sounds like i need to some research on that place!

oh yeah, its definately off! i ended up not quite having enough time to finish, so my sis took some pics as is... it got dropped off at an shop in sc to get finished so im sure that i will get some pics in a month or so of it finished (time isnt an issue since i cant ride so i told him to take his time and work on other more important projects instead)
