does any one know where i can buy some of these for a set of rear 9in itp rims? how hard are they to get welded on also?

James Lucky used to sell the rings alone. Any welding shop with a TIG can weld them in for about $50 for all four. That's what my shop would charge anyway. Don't know what the rates are in your area.
