lowering shackles

anyone use these lowering shackles i am seeing online, they move the shocks outward to lower the frame an inch. the rear just moves the shock down. are they worth it or what?

i would have to say only for drag racing and flat track racing. when you move your shocks out like that you throw the suspinsion geometery off.

if you only running a straight flat line they'd be okay, they're definentely not made to jump. but any trail riding it wouldn't be worth it. save the money and get some suspension.
