there are no current companies that i know of doing an "bolt on conversion" to efi:ermm: wish there was but nope. i have found one person on the web that claims to have efi on an 660 but i have not been able to get any info out of him.

personally, for the difference between carb vs efi and 1500 bucks to get efi vs what i have now and works very well, i would much rather put that money into an long travel suspension! mmmm, long travel...:p

Well a good set of carbs will run you 800 - 1000 bucks, so 1500 isnt much more when you think of it that way.

the most expensive ones i have seen are 1grand, and there is no way i would pay that much for an carb, not when i can get the edelbrock carb for less than 600, thats 900 bucks left over. but what im really comparing is the overall performance gain. yeah, an better carb or efi will give you better throttle response and more power, but i just see myself spending money elsewhere with where i am at right now with my quad. thats all i am saying is that i dont see 1500 being worth it

Well the edelbrock is for trail riders, plain and simple. If that's all the money you can justify spending then its no wonder you dont think the EFI is worth it. When you have a good deal of money into your bike and a new fuel delivery system is the next step 1000 dollars is worth it, and sometimes 1500 is too.

yeah, if that was the only thing i had left to do, i probably would spend my money elsewhere, but that is just my personal preference. its not like i havent spent a lot of money on my quad already, its just i dont see the performance value. dont get me wrong, i want efi or a new carb. but i just have a hard time justifying 1500 bucks... if it was a little cheaper, then i would consider it. but if you go get it, then do a review with pics!! and a dyno run, before and after:D

Well there comes a point where its the next step, and if you dont do it there's nothing else to do to make more power. I guess that's where you'd stop upgrading then. Some of us are willing to spend money to be faster, the rest of us are content to be beaten by the first group.

And I wont be going with the efi, I already have fcrs.
