install Steering Stabilizer HELP

[red2004 TRX450R]

im installing a Gibson Steering Stabilizer and i want know where to mount it. I have seen lots of pix on here but cant find them!!!
I have it on but it dont seem right.

One side mounts to the stem, the other to the frame. Right around where the sticker is that says what year your quad is. You want it to be perpendicular to the stem.
Tighten the frame mount and leave the stem mount just snug so you're able to turn it a little. Make sure your wheels are perfectly straight and then turn the stem mount so the piston is perfectly centered in the stabilizer. Tighten the stem mount and then have someone turn the bars all the way in either direction to make sure it doesn't hit or rub anything.
