jetting question

I just put some of those 1" uni filters in my airbox (5) and changed the original airfilter for a uni filter. When I start to give it gas it bogs a tad then takes off pretty good. Does this mean I need to rejet?

Yes. Anytime you increase airflow in or out of the engine you need to increase your jetting.
