can i get money out of my saving account when i am 16. or do you have to have a parent sign something

Depends on your bank and if your name is on the account. I had an account w/my mom back in the day, and I was able to withdraw money when I was 15. I have a checking account now too, but I had to have my Dad put his name on it too since I'm not 18 yet. Only another 10 3/4 more months :devil:
