400ex shock's,steering steem,axle

I recently totalled my quad,A few buddies of mine were going on a pretty long ride and we took off from point A started drag racing down the road.I was behind my one friend on his 02 Predator and he came to a complete stop in front of me at about 80 mph i got around him enough to get pass but when i was about to go around him he turned left on me and i was on his left hand side so there for I clipped his front end and went sailing a very long way's as for my quad it went twice as far as I did and the results weren't too pretty for eithe of us...I broke lots of bones fractures exc.......and as for my baby,she sufferd severe shock damgage, major a-arm damage,major axle damage,and major handlebar & steering stem damage and they rest I got replaced already as for all them parts named I'am looking for,(stock or aftermarket)....Please let me know if you can help me out in any way!

stock axle and stem, the stem is perfect and the axle is a little banged up but it is straight and the threds and splines are in very good shape $125 shipped for both.
