i remember seeing a post about the 400ex rotor moving around alot , i was wandering how did u guys tighten it

First i backed the inner lock nut away from the outer lock nut by going down (if facing the rear of the bike). Then i moved the outer locknut until it made the disk brake hub tight. The hardest part is getting the inner lock nut to move. It is very tight and big. Hard to find a wrench that big.
