I Think I Am Rich!!

I am talking about my 2001 300EX with a WB full pipe, K&N filter, and 130 jet. Ever since I put the new jet(main) in, my discs are getting blacker and blacker. Is this running too rich? What can I do or is this normal?

the disks mean nothing, check your plug thats were you can tell.

black- rich
white- lean
brown/grey- perfect

check this out. i just pulled the plug and near the end(by the threads) it is black as night. the steel piece that is bent abouve the electrode is black as well. the tip of this bent piece is brown/grey. What can i do to lean it out?

go down to a 125 main jet or richen the air screw or just let more air in , that should work
