does any one know of a company that will revalve 450r shocks for a 400ex? And i was looking for some feedback on how the shocks work on a 400. and yes i already kno about the whole
"those shocks arent made for that " argument.

I have the r shocks on mine and they're so good. Huge upgrade. But I also went with +2 aarms at the same time. Search on this there's a lot of people that will do it but I can't remember. but I know derisi does them.

The reason I never put them on, is because they are longer than the standard EX shock, so w/ std travel arms it seemed like it was pushing the ball joints right to the binding point when the a-arms were fully extended.

Derisi Racing will revalve them for $180 and revalve and triple rate them for $400 and yes that is the 450r shocks for the 400ex i called today and asked because im gonna buy the r shocks and have him revalve them (maybe triple rate)

Not trying to butt in, but why not buy a set of triple rate Elka Rec shocks for about $470 instead?

because the r shocks are fully adjustable with piggyback. plus you don't have to do it all at once. You can buy the shock then later when the funds are there get them upgraded.
