I have a 450R with the HRC kit, K & N filter no air box lid HMF slip on, and the main jet is 180. I keep on fouling out the plug. The guy who I bought the slip on from races a ton and said that he has the 180 main jet and never has had a problem. Im good for a few months then the plug goes. I dont get to ride that often this year it seems, once or twice a month for a feew hours, I also hit my rev limiter a bunch with the smaller tires and 13 tooth sprocket. any ideas as what jet I should try or maybe other sugestions.

What do the plugs look like when you have to replace them?

Replacing the plug every couple months isn't bad. When someone says they are fouling plugs. it's usually one every hour. ;)

Are you re-gapping them?
