sturdy gueseted 400EX frame

so im thinking ill sending my frame out to a reputable shop and have them work their majic on my frame. my question is my stature is 6'3 200lbs. so who do i send it to, making it stronger for jumping and agressive riding?? anyone have pictures of the process of putting on the gusets, and where on the frame? WHAT COLOR HAS EVERYONE SPRAYED THEIR FRAME? NE1 USED OF (P.O.R 15) thanks josh

I'm 6'3 250lbs roughly, and I gusseted mine with 2 plates underneath the footpeg area, 2 triangle shape ones for the top shock mounts, 2 triangle ones for the bottom a arms (in front of the frame rails), and 1 plate right underneath frame up front by the a arms. I don't know how much it did, but my frame hasn't bent or cracked or anything.

I just used GM auto paint on my frame. And it has only chipped where you can see it from putting the motor in, if I we're more carful, it would look prefect. But I still like it.

I'm pretty sure the FAQ section of the forums has all the places to gusset the 400
