I would urge caution to anyone doing business with Wes Stone aka Stoneconcepts on ebay. I paid him 3 weeks ago on a stator and engine to the tune of like 750.00. He had a set shipping price and after I paid the guy... I got the cold shoulder for a week. When I reported it to paypal I get an immediate respone that he wants 25.00 more for shipping. I balked at first, saying that I took the shipping price into consideration when I bid and offered to rebid on the item if he relisted it with proper shipping price. Then he sent a polite email asking for the extra money so I offered to split the extra shipping with him... cold shoulder for several more days, I then demanded my money back or shipment in no uncertain terms. He responded with name calling and derogatory remarks and said fine, have your money back, still no refund several days later. CAREFULL folks he has mostley good feedback but not on expensive stuff. He mostley sells 250r items.

I bought some front calipers fromhim on ebay the pictures he had looked like brand new. Got them and the calipers looked like they were in a vice and were scrathecd up quite a bit. Emailed him about it and never heard back from him.

Not a big deal but he didnt even take the time to give an explenation. Never left him feedback so he wouldnt have a reason to give me some bad feedback for no reason I did my part promptly. Figured I just wouldn't buy anything else from him.

Add to that, holds feedback hostage... called me derogatory names and said I was immature after I left bad feedback for him publicly on ebay?! Probably a good thing you did not leave feedback but I owe it to others to let them know. I am sick of being held hostage to bad feedback. Still no money or tracking #...

Yeah this guy is a clown. Last night he listed 2 different trx250 hoods on e-bay with buy it now prices of .99 each, so I bought em both, cause it was a killer deal, buy it now for .99 for each and shipping was 13.00 each. So I e-mail him asking about combined shipping which he stated he would do in the auction This morning he e-mailed me back telling me 150.00 for shipping even though it said 13.00 a piece in the auctions. So the total should have been 28.00. Then I get two e-mails from e-bay titled "eBay Unpaid Item Mutual Agreement"
"The seller, stoneconcepts tells us you have mutually agreed not to complete the transaction (e.g. because you returned the item for a refund or because there was a misunderstanding) and has requested a credit for their eBay fees"

Then I get an e-mail from him that says this:
"hey your not getting them for that price end of story peace out you leave bad feedback so will i end of discusion"

I didn't agree to anything but to buy them with buy it now for.99 @ 13.00 shipping each. SO he backed out of the deal cuse he is an idiot and can't list things correctly. Watch out for this guy, he'll leave you neg feed back for no reason but his own stupidity!! I won't even think of buying from him agin and you shuldn't either!!!!!!

Glad it worked out for some of you guys. I am having to fight to the bitter end to get my money back, besides being called various names. Oh well, you live and learn.

I personally have known Wes Stone for years, and he has always been a descent guy. I talked to him yesterday about the problems, and he told me the $0.99 was a price mistake on buy it now and he meant to start the bidding at $0.99, but before he could fix it, the items were purchased.

As for the other dealings, I didn't ask, but he told me that he would take care of everything, so I will take him on his word.

well if his word is like is emails and is feedback to people dont take it what is this guy 10 with all the name calling. if he would of emailed me and said he ****up on the buy it now that would have been cool but he told ebay that we worked it out and relisted them before he even emailed me. then all the name calling was a joke so i filed with ebay and sent them all the emails. the guy has a lot of good feedback and nice parts but who wants to deal with a ****

I took quite a lashing too. I gave him 3 weeks before I filed a complaint. He even called me an ahole in my feedback... I would have withdrawn the feedback if he would have refunded without me having to get the money back through paypal and ripped me up and down.

I am glad I did not name call in return, I always regret that. Well... mabey he will get back on track after some nudging from friends and feedback.

Of coarse be ready for me to treat you the same way. And I don't give a cold shoulder work a 62 hour work week and do this that's why I leave my cell phone number on my auctions and I called you but you where the coward not returning phone calls because I tried to fix the situation.

I can't remeber the situation but I guess you want all the readers to believe that your an innocent customer and did nothing wrong if you don't send the part back I can't help you. But I think you probably where ignorant. I have 1000's of people happy your one of the people on this forum that no matter if I stand on my head all day for you it still will give you something to complain about. your never happy. I do my best but when I get kicked in the face for trying to make it right then I get upset.

All you had to do is make me an offer I worked a 11 hour day at my real job and spent 6 hours listing on ebay I made a mistake 150.00 hood instead of the bids starting @ .99 I had a buy it now and anybody would do what I did relist it you bought it before i had a chance to end it. You wanted to take advantage of my error and you didn't want to work with me cause you couldn't get something for nothing. I'm human I'm not free from error. I'm not taking a loss. If I do I can't afford to or I can't race. Ebay keeps me racing my normal job just gets me by that's it.

That was a huge exageration of the motor but the good guy that I am took care of everything and made it right NO paypal problems I told him I get home from work A 630 I'll open the box and make sure it's all there and I'll shoot his payment out between 630 and 7 and I did. Now I am currently using this motor in my GNCC race quad it's as tight as a drum. I spoke with this guy on the phone before and after he spoke with me told me he wasn't happy and I made it right.

How can I be an idoit I didn't suffer the financal loss I didn't care about the feedback I don't care I want all the money I can get out of my auctions. I think that everyone who reads this would do the samething. Risk the feedback and make the money they deserve of the part.

After dealing with Wes I lost $40 in return shipping. I returned his parts due to an incorrect description. He got his parts back, and I lost $40 in return shipping because he didn't describe his product correctly.

i just bought a duncan racing 250r carb from him. hes a real nice guy if you have problems or questions just call him. i will buy from him again for sure he has alot of real good parts.

and if you keep buying from him i gurantee you will be on this thread int he next couple of buys from him added to this with he ripped me off too hes scammed 5 ppl i know in real life not on this site plus these ppl, i guess it takes ripping off to believe other ppl eh?

NO I WILL KEEP BUYING FROM HIM. i have talked to him about you people and he back his answer up real well. i will buy from again if i have a problem with something i will call him and he will take care of it. i trust wes.
