What is a stock 400ex's top speed?

I have read that the top speed is 65 mph

um, my 400ex is all stock, well i don't have the pipe on it, the truck was following me and i was doing over 70

my 400 is stock except for the k&n air filter and 14T sprocket. with my 20in holeshots I top out at 65mph.

my stock 400ex ran 71-72. most arent that fast but mine was a freak and i rode the **** out of it to break it in

This question has been run in the ground for quite sometime. Depends on who you ask, who do you believe...etc.

Any ATV mag you read will tell you that itll top out around 65MPH, maybe a MPH slower or faster.

I had a buddy chase me a few years ago in his truck, mine topped out at 65MPH. As for my currents mods, I really couldnt tell you how fast mine will go now. It is faster, but I couldnt tell you any specific number.
