06 TRX dyno runs/jet info

We have just tested the 06. (HMF)

First off the airbox must be ditched or big holes cut in it.
Hopefully someone will cone out with something to lose the backfire screen and a better filter.
The fuel screw is D shaped and even using the trick Motion Pro 90* tool it is a pain! We are at 2.5 out.
42 to 48 pilot.
Needle is NOT ADJUSTABLE, we are getting an adjustable one for more testing as we are losing HP in the 3~6,500 RPM range.
120 to a 175 main jet with our slip on.

The 05 headpipe is different than the 06 in the first bend, but we have made change already.

As I said, we will nave an adjustable needle in a day of so and can continue testing where we can post the powercurves.

Any dyno numbers???...i nkow the carb is restricting yor max numbers....but rumor has it the stock honda with a HRC kit makes close to 50hp.......which i dont bilieve...but what were the numbers produced???

I put a stock engine dyno curve under the Dasa Section in the Sponsor site.

Ya they seem to be more realistic. Can add like 3-4hp for dyno tires.
