I have a Set of Lonestar Chrome a-arms and i wanted to get the bottoms powdercoated what would i have to do to prep them and would i have to remove the chrome.

2 choices....


1) depending on how good the chrome is now, they could be blasted then pc'd


2) if the chrome is chipping, they should be stripped and coated.


ill do what ever you like, or another shop etc. they need redoing so often (lowers) that i havent had any trouble coating over blasted chrome and them lasting until the rider has done enough damage to redo them again.

how much would it cost if you did it. and whats the turn around time?

a set of lowers would run around $35 +s/h depending on the color. id suggest a solid, and maybe even a "vein" color depending on the condition of the chrome

since there is no heavy stripping involved, turn around would most likely be 1 day

yep, your looking at roughly $46 including return shipping
