I am planning on racing in the "Ironman" GNCC on the 22nd and i wanted to know if they do any sound checks. My quad just seems extreamly loud and i don't want to get clear out there and then not be able to race because of my exhaust. I've got a FMF something i'll have to look at it to soo what kind of pipe it is. I'm just doing this for fun with a buddy and we're both running the first time racer class. I just don't want to run into any problems. Let me know if anyone has any insight for me!
Thanks

It probably nowhere near Too loud...they might do a check at worst but most likely they'll just look at it and test ur killswitch thats it....i got through Tech at the Wisp no problem:D

102db Is what the limit is, but they have not checked at the last 5-6 races. I would recommend repacking your silencer just to be safe and you should be ok.

I raced Wisp and Unadilla and netiher had sound checks at the tech inspection (Morning race). They did check the Kill switch though!

last race of the year, I doubt they will check DB's. If they do check and its to loud you can always run back to your truck/pit and put some packing in and go back to have it retested
