It may fit but you are better off with the 400 parts; they are lighter than the R's steel hubs and spindles.

I built a 88 330R over the winter and used complete 400ex frontend--a arms, spindles, hubs, tie rods, etc

The geometry is basically the same so they would work fine except for the extra wieght and the difference in the a-arm mounts on the frame. TRX250 mount width is 2.050" and the 400EX is 1.732".

oh yea its got aftermarket spindles on it to would it sill be heavier than mine stock. and if i do buy this it aint gonna be untill this winter cause hes rebuilding his too so i got plenty of time to make up my mind and save money. if your saying it will work fine except the extra weight i might do it. and u saide the mounts are different sizes does that mean i half to make new mounts or what.

No you have to grind the a-arms to make them fit.

He is totally right. I was thinking you were putting 400 arms on a 250R. Depending on what brand they are you will have to really modify them like he said.

the shocks r susposed to fit and would lower u 2 inches on a 400ex

The only thing you would have to do is grind the a-arms so they will fit into the 400 frame.
