Banshee in GNCC sport class?

I notice the rules of the sport class says it has to be at or under 350cc's... It sounds farfetched but if you think about it it's legit. I'm guessing I am wrong somewhere? :confused:

From the GNCC site:

Sport (ATV) - Must have OEM motor and matching frame combination model, and be restricted to the following models: Honda 250X, 250EX and 300EX; Kawasaki Mojave 250 and Lakota 300; Polaris Trail Blazer; Suzuki Quad Sport 230, 250 and Z-250; and Yamaha Blaster and Warrior. Modifications are permitted. Maximum engine displacement is 350cc

When the Sport class was established it was limited to 250cc two stroke and 350cc 4-stroke.

Banshee's and 250Rs are not allowed.

2 stroke B or A is where a Banshee should be run. Or PRO like Kim Kuhnle
