E-brake blockoff

I just got my Lonestar Racing billet ebrake blockoff plate. I was wondering if anyone had a picture of it installed just so i can get a idea how it goes on. Do i need any extra hardware also??? I only recieved the plate.

once you remove your parking brake, simply bolt the brake block off in place using the stock bolts:)
