alright i went to my local dealer today to pick up a kidney belt. I got there and my mom was like i like the 450's, and i was like get me one. Well get get a deal worked out with the dealership and everything, but come to find out that they wouldn't give me enough for my 04 400. So now im kind of stuck on what to do.

1. Keep the 400 and put new scjoks and a-arms and a bigbore

2. try to sell my 400ex for 3000 and buy a new 450.

The deal on the 450 was that it is an 05 and they wanted 6500!!
They dropped the price down to 5500 and told me they would give me 2200 for my 400ex. My mom wouldnt do it. What do you guys thnk i should do?

keep the 400 for a while.
try again around christmas or your birthday. for a 06

i would take the r any day over a shocked and bbk'ed 400!

much more reliable than a big bore, the suspension and geometry is a huuuuge upgrade from a 400, even if it has shocks

and, well, thats what i would do

they're only gonna give u 2200 for ur 400? damn...i went to see about tradin in for a used 400 awhile back and they were gonna give my 2400 for my 2004 250ex. but now that another dealership has four 2004 450rs listed at 4900 each then im gonna see about one of them
