what would be the best setup for a 220 6'3 rider on a planning-build-up-engine 400EX, that likes to jump and ride agresivly? the stocker arnt doin the job and would like to be more responsive in the turns... thanks josh PICKS ARE APRECIATED!!

i am not sure bout a arm and what not but go with elka suspension. you can not go wrong with them. Go to http://www.exriders.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=36

get custom axis suspension with houser or some other high end brand if you have a lot of money. or you can get used stuff that's in pretty good condition
