were do i get plastic and grahpics for my 250ex, anyone know i looked everywhere anyone have them

maybe i am fixin to get a digital camera, so if i can learn to use it, did those handle bars you get have a cross bar, if they did how did you mount your iginition, and light and all that cause i want to get some renthals, my stockers are kinda bent

i found some aftermarket plastic for a 250 ex from maier but i can't remember the site, no luck with the graphics though

as long as you get atv bend bars your black plastic piece fits right under the bar. Its just a little tricky to use the choke. which i never use anyways.

I always thought that the 250ex plastic was really similar to the 250R plastic... I think that a person could get a 250R Graphics kit and with some cutting, i bet you could make it fit on the 250ex plastic.. just my opinion..

Yes any bars, no matter if its renthals, dominators. etc. they will have a cross bar. As long as the bars are the atv bend and not for dirtbikes you'll be fine. The cross bar doesnt get in the way. The pad on the bar will sometimes get in the way of the choke tho.

it seems like the 250r, 250x and 250ex are very similar in body size and the stickers and the plastic ought to be very close if not the same.

kxrider, when i put my new dominator handlebars on, i took that black thing that the ignition and lights neutral and reverse and got rid of it. i then took those plastic ties and hooked the ignition right up to the left side of the handlebars, and i crissed crossed the lightes on the bottom part of the handlebars, (looks sweet) works perfect, never had a prob. wit them moving or anything

try getting in touch with fullbore about plastic for the ex i think i saw some on a website, looks alot like the 250r pastic

If you want to remove the little black center piece under the bars then you can drill holes on the side of your plastic or in the flat spot right behind the head light to fit your lights and ignition. we did this on my buddies 300ex and another 250ex. looks really good. better than tieing them to the bars

okay all you people that resonded to my thread, if you own a 250ex, or know anyone who does and wants to buy some dyno jets tell me i am selling them for 4$ each , they are new
