I was riding in some trails the other day and my 450 started to steam, but the temp. light didnt come on. I stopped and noticed the coolant was coming out of the ridiator from around the cap. After it cooled, I tipped the quad on its side and coolant dripped out from around the cap. I took it off and put it back on tighter and tipped the quad over again and no more leak or steam, until about 20 min. of riding the same thing happened again. Is my cap not holding the pressure or what? Are there any quick fixes for this, im gonna try and bend the tabs over slightly more so it will pull the cap on tighter.
