Well, I'm new in this forum. I read lot of pages and I seem to have a common asked question related to jetting. Here It is.

I just bought a Yoshimura RS-3 full system w TEC quiet 93dB insert, with a Dynojet Kit and Kn Xstream powerlid, along with a UNi air filter (the rest in completely stock). So I run now DJ165 main jet, needle on groove #3 and I adjusted pilot near 2.5 turn (don't exactly remember). The bike starts perfect, idle great and seems to run perfect, but when a make a test plug, I can't get a overall tan color on it; it's more like light gray. I run near sea level, in normal summer temp, an use 91 octane gas.
So I wish someone will help me
Thanks in advance

The rest of bike mods are:
-TAG t2 handlebar
-Roox 2po handlebar spacer
-AC nerf bar
-AC bumper
-RAD bearing housing
-WB block off
-Holeshot XCR on 4 wheels
-and a nice metallic red paint job

go to dirtwheelsmag.com and search around for their artical on jetting .It is a very good read and explains it well. It's what i used and it worked great for me. I have the same conditions as you but my main is alittle higher.
