also you might want to tell him to drain his diffs and put some new gear oil in them and actually drain all fluids after being submerged like that...i know the whole truck aint under whater but its better to be safe then sorry

I have had some pretty good stucks myself. I have a 04 Dodge Dakota with 3" lift, 33's,locker, etc. Also, momentum is not always your friend. I hit a huge water/mud hole goin about 35-40mph and the truck sucked up a ton of water and hydrolocked the motor. It's not the most easy thing in the world to explain to the dealership, how you blew up a motor that has 6000 miles on it.:p

yea it was pretty fun that was our first big snow of the year and we had like 9 inches on the ground it was great...no problems with the z71 goin thru it tho...people were putting cars in ditches all day and i was just driving past them like nothing....

yea i'd say both pics of the ford and the gmc are sunk pretty good....... Ford is a better on road truck to me(newer models, but they suck off road), and chevy's are good everywhere
