With a week and change to spare, Cody's 90 is back in shape with some new colors to finish out this season!

Added a new larger carb, she seems to pull pretty good now

I even added some white to the swing arm to set it apart:p

Sharpened his pegs and welded up the broken motor mounts)actually the welding guru that is GID at Burgard Cycle did it before i even had a chance to ask him....thats gonna cost me a case of beer:cool: ...mucho apreciado muchacho)

not that often really. he gives me feedback and i change whatever it is that needs changing or tweaked. his uncle Kevin did a ton of wrench work this time around so a big thanks to him as always for heling keep the quad ready to rock:macho

Well I wouldn't go that far, cause for the most part the pictures you post, the rider always has the proper riding gear on, its just that the one time your out cruisin to get the mail or your just doing one more lap and then you fall off and get hurt. I still see idiots that dont make their kids wear any safety gear, those are the real idiots...:ermm:

seriously, he was fine. i would never allow him to do anything foolish, although the first pic on 1 wheel got him yelled at. after that he made sure the rear end was planted before sending the front wheels in the air:devil:

More testing runs tonight, it seem to be very very rich. In the woods, it started loading up and he couldnt keep it cleared out but she still managed to pull the wheels out of corners so i know there is more in this lil' rascal!

the carb should have a 95 main jet, anyone have any suggestions ? 90cc ported, cam and 11-1 piston.

getting the 20mm carb installed was no big deal. we had to figure a away to get fuel from the tank to the carb as the stock petcock either doesnt work or you need to modify it.

we chose to use a complete petcock from a 400ex. I trimmed off the spigot knob and she works like a champ.

Added some stealth black to the side cover, I would have done the recoil assembly but they are a nightmare to rewind:scary:

I must be getting good at putting these 90's in race ready form:p the quad did awesome in some terrible conditions. we will now get a set of the "elephant ear" handgaurd covers for the next muddy race. his biggest complaint was that he could not hang on and had to back off the gas:ermm:

the new carb did wonders for the power. i spotted him pulling a long uphill in a field section, when i hollered in support he cracked the gas and she was throwing roost at the top of 4th gear!:D

he did start the race with goggles, but usually ditches them the second they get dirty. i dont know how he does it either, but most non mudfest races he wears them the entire race.

top speed is just over 40mph on that 90 now
