450r rear shock on 400ex

All 3 shocks from a 450R will bolt up. Will they be correct? No. The fronts are an OK mod, but the rear is waaay off. The 450rs rear shocks is shorter than the 400's and the valving is all wrong, and the linkages are different, so no it will not work correctly.

if the back shock is shorter wouldnt that give a loweer ride hight with more wheel travel
