I have just about every mode for my trx that does not require taking apart the engine. I just replaced my coil ( aftermarket ) and I still have a problem with it missing in the high rpms. Do I need to mode the motor to keep up? HELP!!!

Most likely it is a jetting issue. Post up all of your mods and your current jetting and I'm shure someone here can help you.

Are you sure you are not hitting the rev limiter!

when you hit the rev limiter it does make the engine miss or sound very odd so it might be it

be absolutely sure that the "aftermarket" coil you are using does not affect the delay through the coil. In other words, if the coil inductance is off from OEM, the spark delay through the coil could be significant enough to cause the spark to occur advanced or retarded from nominal.

i'm not saying this is your problem, but it should be a concern. Why didn't you just buy OEM?
