does it hurt to take the spark arrestor/baffle whatever u want to call it out of it.....it wont like burn anything up inside the motor will it...i know alot about them ..but i just wanted to make sure i was right or i wasnt

taking out the baffel and spark arrestor will decrease back preasure, increasing air -flow, which might cause you to run lean and have to re-jet the carb

one thing about the spark arrestor is that it is illegal in some states to not have them

just buy a new pipe(i like the hmf) air filter and re-jet

you wont feel a lot of power gains, any if that. you wont have to rejet if you take out the spark arrestor. its not enough gains in airflow to have to rejet. the only thing it really does is make it a little louder.
