hey thanks to ALOT of guys on here.. this project is now done.. im very proud of all of the time, work, and money that went into this bike and i am blown away by the performance..:) heres a few pics i snapped tonight.. notice my Exriders.com T-shirt:p thanks again to all of those who helped and im proud to say its finally done .. thanks guys,

why is part of the top rail on your frame not painted?

because he had to weld mounts for the coil.

vinson581-- i welded all of the mounts and brackets etc. for the egnine and radiator myself.. a guy named al lewis built the kit for me.. i can get you in touch with him if you are intrested..

400ex28-- the reason paint isnt their is because i had to sand it off so i could weld the coil mount back on there.. paint contanminates the welds.. i will have it all apart soon and re-paint the frame...

Stock 250R radiator does just fine..Bigger is better, but stock works great also..I have never had a problem and have ridden the dunes on some super hot days!!

thanks for all your replys guys! :) and the logo on the side is a company called middle of nowhere productions.. a friend of mine is the owner and they specialize in wakeboarding videos/ films.. the best ive seen he will be working with hyperlite and liquid force and some of the top board MFG. this coming summer.. as of right now he is my main sponsor.. so when i pull in my first win ill get some hipers ;) thanks guys!
