Cam plugs??????????????????

A friend has a 04 YFZ with alcohol, ESR pipe, Air box elimniator, Black box. He was riding his bike and the cam plugs blew out the side of the valve cover. Any ideas ?????????????????

Here is the problem

I think the Methanol diluted the oil and caused excessive pressure in crankcase and blew the rubber valve cover out. Just a guess.

get some gasket sealant, pull the cover off and put a little bit on there

mine did that when the piston cracked.:( :( :(
