Brake Adjustments

Hi, I am new to this forum so I do not know if this topic has been covered... I have a 03 Honda Foreman Fourtrax ES and I need to adjust my brakes... both front and back... The front ones do not have enough grab and the back ones work but the handle feels like it sticks when i let go.. does anyone have any advice on how i can adjust the brakes back to normal??

just to let you know... I pulled the red plug on the outside of my wheel (next to the lug nuts) and there was nothing inside. Sould there be??
